Deep groove ball bearings are one of the most commonly used bearing types due to their high-speed operation, low friction, and quiet performance. Their simple structure makes them easy to assemble and integrate easily into many different industrial applications. They are highly efficient at carrying radial loads and can also withstand limited axial loads in both directions.   One of the most important advantages of these bearings is their ability to operate stably and without vibration at high speeds. Thanks to the low contact area between the ball and the rolling surfaces, friction is minimized, which reduces both energy loss and heat generation during operation. This feature provides a significant advantage, especially in electric motors, fans, pump systems, and precision mechanical equipment.

Single-row deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used standard type. However, shielded or sealed models can also be preferred depending on the application requirements. Shielded types prevent large particles from the external environment, while sealed models completely insulate the internal structure, preventing the entry of dust, moisture, and dirt. This significantly extends the service life of the bearing.

Fixed Ball Bearing

Some special designs are manufactured as self-lubricated (sealed for life) and do not require relubrication during their service life. This feature reduces maintenance costs and provides a significant advantage, especially in hard-to-reach or continuously operating systems. For applications requiring higher load capacity, reinforced single-row bearings with large ball diameters or double-row deep groove ball bearings are preferred. The double-row design provides a larger load-bearing surface, offering safer operation, especially in systems subjected to heavy loads and impacts.
